Farfalla Gamberi: Farfalla pasta sautéed with shrimp, broccoli, diced tomatoes, mushrooms and black olives; in a light garlic oil sauce.

Pollo al Formaggio: Breast of chicken topped with sliced tomatoes, eggplant, prosciutto and melted mozzarella cheese. Finished with a sherry brown sauce.

Strawberry Bass: Filet of bass with sautéed diced tomatoes and shiitake mushrooms in a basil pesto sauce.
