Cafe lead (barista): Has knowledge and work experience with making & curating different kinds of coffees and teas (outside of their own home). Can also create non-alcoholic drinks (like juices, mocktails etc.). Is not afraid to learn more about coffees, teas, mocktails, juices from around the world and can become a subject matter expert. Can take responsibility of logistics including the material inventory and sales and is not afraid to step into higher roles when opportunities present themselves. Can work with the team and communicate well all around, including management.

Bar lead: Has knowledge and work experience with making & curating different kinds of wines, cocktails and alcoholic drinks (outside of their own home). Is not afraid to learn more about wines and cocktails from around the world & can become a subject matter expert. Can take responsibility of logistics including the material inventory and sales and is not afraid to step into higher roles when opportunities present themselves. Can work with the team and communicate well all around, including management.

Server: Has knowledge of the products (food, drinks etc.) and services on offer. Learns quickly, can translate a guest's needs into service offerings and then deliver on those offerings to the guest. Coordinates and communicates in a seamless fashion across production (kitchen, cafe, bar etc.) and brings the service seamlessly back to a guest with everyone's help. Can take responsibility of logistics including the side work and sales and is not afraid to step into higher roles when opportunities present themselves. Can work with the team and communicate well all around, including management.

Cook: Has knowledge of the products (food) and services on offer. Can convert a guest's order for food to a product that is palatable and cooked per the needs. Knows a lot about cooking and cleanliness requirements, has working experience of 1-3 years in another kitchen (outside of home). Has a yearning to learn more about food and dishes from around the world. Can take responsibility of logistics including the material inventory and is not afraid to step into higher roles when opportunities present themselves. Can work with the team and communicate well all around, including management.

Helper: Helper is the most important role. A person in this role is not afraid to help the rest of the team with minimum direction. Has high empathy level and can work with associates inside production (kitchen, cafe, bar etc.) or in service. Can work with the team and communicate well all around, including management.
