Option 2: Appetizer and Wine: Taste 3-4 featured wines+ Appetizer (choice from below) - 50

Option 3: Wine Dinner: Taste 3-4 featured wines + appetizer choice (from below) + Mains choice (from below) + dessert (choice) - 90
Appetizers (select one)
- Burrata and grilled eggplant with roasted red peppers, basil and extra virgin olive oil (V)
- Shrimp garlic with sherry sauce with lemon (S)
- Stuffed mushroom with crabmeat (S)
Mains (select one)
- Flounder Francese served with sun dried tomatoes over linguini (S)
- Rigatoni with broccoli rabe & shrimp, garlic oil with touch of tomato (S)
- Grilled Veal chop (~14oz), topped with roasted red pepper and melted gorgonzola served with sauteed spinach (M)
Desserts (select one)
- Dark side of Moon; fudge cake soaked with coffee liqueur and filled with chocolate mousse
- Peanut butter explosion (gluten free – credential available on demand)
- Lava cake with vanilla ice cream
- Profiterole
- Tartuffo
